Creased ("we," "us," "our") is a sneaker-focused social platform and marketplace that provides content, messaging, authentication, Crews, and buying/selling features ("Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use Creased.

By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to this Policy.

This Policy applies to U.S. residents only.

Creased does not collect biometric identifiers such as facial recognition, fingerprints, or retinal scans.

Any images or videos uploaded are not analyzed to identify individuals.

Creased does NOT sell your personal identifying information.

We do not sell your name, email, phone number, payment info, government ID, address, messages, or any data that identifies you individually.

However, Creased may monetize non-personal usage and interaction data to help improve the platform, understand marketplace trends, and support relevant advertising.

Sharing and Selling Usage Insights

We may sell or share non-personal usage insights—such as browsing behavior, sneaker interest trends, search activity, and engagement with content—to trusted business partners, analytics providers, and advertising networks.

This helps us:

  • understand what features people enjoy
  • improve app performance
  • personalize recommendations
  • support creators and sellers
  • keep Creased low-cost or free
  • display more relevant ads

These insights do not identify you personally.

  • precise location
  • sensitive personal information

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of usage insights at any time by selecting:

"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"

in your account settings or by emailing privacy@creasedapp.com.

Creased will continue to function normally even if you opt out.

We share information with partners who help us operate Creased, such as:

  • Stripe and other payment processors
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Customer support platforms
  • Analytics and performance tools
  • Authentication systems
  • Fraud and safety tools

These partners may access information only as necessary to perform services for us.

Optional AI Features

Only with your explicit permission, Creased shares the photos, videos, voice recordings, text and shoe choices you submit with Google for AI search, shoe suggestions, collection tools, Crew summaries and voice transcription. This includes background processing of content you publish.

Choose whether to allow this in the signup Terms and choices, or use AI features in Settings. Turning it off stops new AI requests; it cannot recall requests already sent. Ordinary posting, shopping and manual entry remain available. Existing accounts are not opted in automatically.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to:

  • comply with the law
  • respond to legal requests
  • protect the rights and safety of users
  • protect the security and integrity of Creased

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Creased uses cookies and similar technologies to:

Creased does not actively monitor all messages, but reported messages may be reviewed.

Deleted content may remain in backups temporarily.

Creased is intended for users 13 years and older.

Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We do not sell or share data of users under 16.
